Lucid Logic provides WordPress maintenance, support, and hosting for small businesses, professional practices, nonprofits, and local government across the United States. We handle core, theme, and plugin updates, offsite backups, security monitoring and cleanup, uptime and performance checks, and the everyday content changes your site needs. Our own USA-based team in Florida and New York does the work, and you hear back the same business day. We have built and cared for websites since 1995.
WordPress is not a finished object. Its core software, themes, and plugins change constantly, and a site nobody is watching drifts quietly out of date until the day it breaks or gets compromised. Here is the work we do so that day does not arrive.
Core, theme, and plugin updates applied and then checked, not pushed blindly. Updates are the most common cause of a site suddenly looking wrong, so someone confirms the site still works afterward.
Offsite backups kept on a schedule, so a bad update, a bad actor, or a bad afternoon is an inconvenience rather than a catastrophe. A backup nobody has tested is not a backup.
Monitoring for the signs of compromise, hardening the common points of entry, and cleaning up infections when they happen. Outdated plugins are how most small business sites get hit.
Checks that your site is actually up and actually fast, particularly on phones, where most of your visitors are and where slow sites quietly lose the people you can least afford to lose.
The everyday edits: new staff, new services, updated hours, a new page, a swapped photo, a form that needs to go somewhere else. You send it, we handle it, you do not learn WordPress.
We host sites for clients who prefer one team accountable for everything, and we maintain sites on hosting clients already have. Migrations, when they make sense, are handled by us and not by you.
Most of the sites we care for belong to organizations where nobody's job title includes the word website. That is the point of a maintenance relationship: the work happens without anyone on your side thinking about it.
Small businesses whose site was built once, years ago, and has been left alone since.
Professional practices where the site matters but no one has time to manage it.
Nonprofits and associations that need dependable support without a full time webmaster.
Local government offices that need consistent, responsive help with a public facing site.
Owners who have been through a slow or unresponsive provider and want a real person instead.
Anyone who has had a site hacked, or would rather not find out what that is like.
These are verified five star Google reviews from clients whose sites we maintain and support.

Every maintenance relationship starts the same way: we review the site you have. What is out of date, what is exposed, what is slow, and what is worth keeping. Then we tell you plainly what we found and what we would do about it, including the cases where the answer is a small catch up rather than an ongoing program. If it is a fit, we take over the updates, the backups, the monitoring, and the changes, and you go back to running your business. If it is not, you still have the review and an honest opinion.
Tell us about your business and the WordPress site behind it. We will come back the same business day with an honest read on where it stands and what we would do first.
